Established in 1988, Kumar Metal and Plastics has been a pioneering force in the pipes and fittings industry. What began as a wholesale dealership of PVC, Casting Iron, Galvanized Iron, and Mild Steel pipes and fittings, has evolved into a comprehensive range of products and services. Today, we proudly offer Ductile Iron Pipes and fittings, PVC Fabricated 10kg Fittings, and MS Spigot Pipes and Fittings, among others. With over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, we are fully equipped to cater to the diverse needs of our customers, ensuring timely delivery. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned us a stellar reputation, with clients often stating, “If I can’t find anything in the market, I know I’ll find it in Kumar Metal.” To better serve our customers and eliminate distance barriers, we embarked on an expansion plan. In August 2022, we opened a new branch in Sulur, Coimbatore. With 12,000 square feet of display and storage space, we are one step closer to our vision of meeting specific customer needs. Furthermore, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, inaugurated in April 2020, spans over 5,000 square feet. Our factory is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and manufacturing capabilities to ensure exceptional quality and customization. With three lathe machines, we can thread pipes up to 24″ (600mm) in diameter. Additionally, we manufacture Ductile Iron double flanged and Puddle pipes up to 1000mm in diameter, tailored to customer length requirements. We take great pride in our CNC plasma cutting machine and lathes, which enable us to manufacture Mild Steel and Stainless-Steel flanges up to an impressive 2000mm in diameter. Lastly, our rolling machines allow us to fabricate Mild Steel pipes and fittings starting from a minimum diameter of 350mm, up to any size requested by our clients, with a maximum thickness of 12mm.
